SRM have for over a decade been delivering large-scale PV systems on commercial buildings, such as offices, factories and warehouses.  Capacities have ranged from 50kWp to 500kWp and beyond with a 100% success rate in terms of reliability of the system, productivity being at or above expectation, and customer satisfaction. 

Our experienced team includes time-served commercial electricians and roofers with particular expertise in modern commercial roofing systems and the various penetrative or non-invasive mounting systems needed to install PV on a variety of roof types.  We are also adept at designing systems to suit each customer’s usage and within site or DNO limitations, and installing with minimum operational disruption. 

These days we can provide battery storage too which can significantly increase the effectiveness of the system in terms of replacing expensive mains power.

The majority of our commercial installations have been for customers who are both the owner of the building and its occupant; indeed this applies to all of the case studies shown here.  Some of these customers are now having us return to extend their systems in order to minimise their reliance on the grid.  At current prices, who can blame them!
